Data Entry From LC

The Library of Congress, from its web site, offers two levels of help for you: a simple look at its records, and an automatic search in which data is actually input into your Process module.  The automatic search is the Z39.50 standard.

The simple look is more reliable and in some ways easier if you don’t mind doing a little typing.  The automatic search is often overcrowded and you can’t get in.

A full description and instructions on both types of entry are shown in detail in the Getting Started Guide, which comes with your CD-ROM, and which you may download.
